Our scheduling department ensures that new and used vehicles ordered by customers are delivered on time. In the new vehicle area, the ordering processes are carried out for this purpose. The scheduling department is also responsible for all internal vehicle management.

Tasks in scheduling:
Checking customer orders in the new car area according to aspects such as pricing
Monitoring ordered vehicles in the new vehicle area until they are completed
Advising sales management on the disposition of new vehicles
Organizing and checking incoming vehicles and coordinating the handover to the customer
Tracking vehicle stocks and informing the sales department about the stock situation
Managing and maintaining vehicle inventories
Processing vehicle registrations
Organization and implementation of factory collections
